What to expect

Every engagement begins with a conversation with the organization's leadership. It is a working discussion rather than a presentation: what the organization operates today, where contributed revenue is under pressure, what assets and capital are available, and what the board is prepared to consider.

The purpose is to establish where the organization stands and where it could reasonably go. If the assessment is that no viable opportunity exists, that conclusion is delivered directly. It costs nothing and is frequently the most useful outcome of the conversation.
